BBQ Sauces Big Ricks, Slabs, Carolina Cologne, Mrs. Dogs Seasonings Alden Mills, Slabs, Infused Salts, Java Jolt The Java Jolt Seasoning line is one that we created using our own roasted coffee as a flavor enhancer. Choose from Poultry & Pork, Steak & Burgers, Fish & Seafood, Southwestern Heat, and Tea-rrific All-Around.

Grilling gadgets & utensils

We carry a range of different outdoor cooking supplies, including thermometers, grill woks, rib racks, salt plates, tongs, gadgets, and more. We also carry Lazzarri Natural Lump Charcoal, one that we have found through much research to be the best natural lump charcoal. It burns clean and long, and gives off a great flavor. Available in Mesquite or Oak.

The Big Green Egg

The Big Green Egg is the one and only grill we carry. Not only it is a grill, it is a fantastic smoker, slow cooker, oven, and whatever else you want it to be! Cook pizzas, bake breads, grill chicken breasts, slow cook pulled pork, smoke brisket and jerky, simmer soups, and much more. The secret to the Big Green Egg is the high grade ceramic that the entire Egg is made out of. It holds in the heat and moisture so you can cook in the hot summer or cold winter just the same. Grillapalooza

Grillapalooza is our Annual Big Green Egg festival, featuring 8 grills going with different ideas and recipes from our own cooks and some of our biggest “Eggheads”. The festival has plenty of samples, rubs, sauces, gadgets, and more to check out. This year the event will take place on Saturday, May 13th from 10 - 4.

Outdoor Cooking Classes

Throughout the summer, we offer outdoor cooking classes on our patio. The classes are held on a Thursday night, once a month from May through October. The subjects change each month and the class features a full hour class, Q&A time, and a full meal of what is prepared in the class. The cost for a class is $25 a person and you must RSVP ahead of time. Schedule: JULY 21st - BRISKET AUGUST 25th - THE ART OF GRILLING SEPTEMBER 22nd - RIBS OCTOBER - TBD We also have private classes available for groups of 10 or more. The class can be set up how you prefer, and these evenings are great for employee nights, client nights, or to gather with a group of friends. Call for more info and to set up time and dates.
